The Grassoler firm was founded in 1960 by José Gras Soler, who started his own tapestry business when he was only 19 years old. His first great success was a model called Davis, revolutionary in Spain thanks to the system of springs and iron armour that it incorporated. Its philosophy has always been the search for technical advances in both materials and production processes, fusing them with traditional manufacturing methods.
